sanlam reality

<p>I got introduced to sanlam reality via virgin active but this particular service provider their service is pathetic to say the least. There was a misunderstanding with the debit order which was rectified,however even after the debit was rectified I was even told that the points that qualify me for the cash back for the month of October i am going to forfiet even though I paid the debit of R160.00 and i can only get the cash back in December which I find it very starnge as I have comp**** with the debit order of R160.00</p>
