Sammy Marks Virgin Active

This is regarding Virgin Active Sammy Marks Branch in Pretoria. I have been happy there until recently. When their machines are broken they take a very long time to have them fixed. We have been without a Cable machine for many weeks now. Also they don’t service their treadmills which is very very disappointing. I’m even thinking of changing gyms because of this. There’s only one cable that is working and unfortunately it’s not in the best form, like it needs some oil because it’s so hard to use, it grips making it hard to exercise with. A whole gym must now depend on one ****py cable 😔. Can Virgin Sammy Marks please service and fix their machines before they loose clients. I’m becoming unhappy there and ready to leave along with my gym partners. Please take us seriously, we pay to workout there.
