Salespeople lying just to get sales

I have signup my daughter during the month of September and the sales lady said she will receive a virgin active bag and a Foschini group Voucher to the value of R1250 according to the Virgin Active website for the Vitality member joining between 10th to 27 September. We didn’t get the voucher on the day of the signup; she gave us the bag only and said the voucher we will receive it by SMS. Once my first debit order goes off. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post about the voucher, I have called sales lady, Virgin Active Head office said I must speak to the sales manager, whom you can’t even find at the gym.
