Sales staff **** about conditions of contract

I am disappointed and disgusted by the sales staff and customer service of virgin active. First the agent **** about the conditions of the contract and fees started to increase immediately after committing. Then after asking for it to be cancelled, they keep pushing out the cancellation date and withdrawing the funds from my account. Also have been told that a line manager and on another call that head office would review my case and call me but nothing so far. I am sick and tired of sales staff lying about conditions to close a deal..
