Sales pitch for commission and bad service

I joined and was convinced to sign the contract at Virgin Active Mount Edgecombe on 23/01/17, a few days before the promo that was aired on radio etc. I was mis-informed on how the contract worked in alignment to Old Mutual gym rebate and subsequently resulting in me missing out on your February promo deal due to the lack of training of your sales staff. Not realizing that they were more interested in their commission than giving me the best option to take ie to physically sign up in February to co-inside with the attendance frequency requirement of the Old Mutual gym rebate. I have been following up on this but to no avail due to the fact the contract was signed on 23/01. However, this period , as per the sales guy, was pro-rata to which i was not charged but allowed to use gym hence i maintain, that in effect my contract started on 01 February but signed 23/01 for the purpose of the salesman commission.. This is ********* sales pitch and ********* business behaviour on part of Virgin Active SA. I have been unsuccessful in escalating this problem to higher management as your customer care refused to furnish any info but acknowledged my point of view, Is there anyone out there that can assist to bring this to the fore so that we consumers do not fall prey to this type of behaviour. I will never renew my contract any Virgin Active branch when my one year ends.
