sales person promised to come see me its been week
On the 26th of Feb 2015 I signed up with Virgin Active via a sales rep who came to our work place our discussion was that I was signing up for the gym behind the Westgate mall and the Village centre in the west rand so on arrival on the first day at the gym I was told my details have not been loaded , on the second day I was told that I have been signed up for roodepoort gym, i'm not even fami**** with the location of that gym on my way home I happened to switch my phone on as it was off only to find that I had been debited an amount of R530 and my agreement with sales rep was that I would pay R360 and I can convert to the vitality option at anytime so the following day I then contacted their call center and requested that since I have been debited and my query has not been resolved how about I add R820 to the R530 that has been debited that will add up to R1350 for vitality and that would bring down my monthly contribution to R92 a lady at their call center agreed but said if you pay into our nedbank account it will take 3 days to reflect and suggested I go to the gym and pay the diff there so I went there later that day and was told that It can not be done. story cont in 5 days.
