Sales people lying to get sales

The sales person at Virgin Active Little Falls **** to me when I signed up for my contract I guess just to get a sale. He told that the price of my contract with Vitality could not go up it can only go down. I specifically asked him if it would go up if I didn't attend gym enough.

Sure enough a year later a was shocked with it went up double without any real warning. I phoned and they would not help me they just said it was out of there control.
