Sales Consultants treat their job as a joke

Sithembiso Kwababa - I think this consultant needs to go for training. I had trouble accessing the app after I signed myself and fiancé up for the gym. Made contact with the sales consultant - Sithembiso Kwababa, and he expressed himself with "LOL" in the emails. I let it go and tried again a few days later, still no success. Phoned support and they later confirmed the accounts were configured incorrectly, within minutes we could both access the app.
