Sales Consultant Jordan - poor customer service

A sales consultant by the name of Jordan is the most arrogant and entitled sales consultant I have ever experienced. He was extremely pushy after I advised that I have been assisted by virgin active call center already , he became irate and said that I am *********. I’m not sure if staff is trained in customer services and the fact that they represent the company not themselves. Pathetic
