My kids had their membership cancelled by a sales person at the Stellenbosch branch to force them to come and sign up a new membership - despite having paid in full for the month - having no choice they did so - now they have left Stellenbosch and their new membership is exclusively Stellenbosch dispite requesting a open club membership- repeated requests to the the sales person concerned have gone unanswered- they have been told they have to go to Stellenbosch to resolve the matter - an impossible task as they are currently working - this is ridiculous to cancel memberships so you make your sales targets (presumably) and then you mess their membership up and you expect them to travel to you to resolve it ? This should be done by the sales person concerned.
