Sales agents signed me up to wrong promotion for commission

I signed up to their Vitality promotion where I only had to pay R137 monthly for 1 year (75% discount on fees) and after 2 months, the debited amount changed to R550. I disputed this with the club manager (Horizon View) who later claimed she was new and didn’t know how to assist as both sales agents who assisted me when joining had been transferred to another club (how convenient🙄). Requesting the contract was a nightmare! When I reviewed the contract, I told them it was not the promotion I signed up for but the lack of accountability and urgency to resolve the matter was apparent. I later called the customer care to lay a complaint and was sent an email that this would be escalated to the manager again but till this day I’ve not gotten a call from the manager. I thought VA would be better than other gym brands but clearly their are all in the business of ****ming people.
