Sad client

Im not happy at all,I went to Virgin active at Wonderpark (akasia)I found this other gym instructor he showed me the gym.I told him i don't want to join he said "yes I'm not joining but let me pay 200 for 5days so that I can think about joining.Soo after 5days I called asking if they can refund me they said they can't.Okay I was not angry about that its fine.But now I'm getting sms,call saying that I'm owing a membership.My question is how come?Im not happy at all.Consultant **** to me.
