1. Someone reopened my child’s membership without my knowledge and now I get called everyday that he owes money for June. He has not been a member since 2023 yet they say he owes membership for June. I’ve explained to various people that this was an error in their side yet I still get called almost everyday telling me that I need to settle the account. 2. My membership was cancelled in error and I could access the gym even though I’ve paid and I was told that they will escalate and give me the refund for the days that I couldn’t access the gym. This was on 20 May. It’s now 18 June and not only has no one called me back but every time I call I’m told that we we will escalate
