Ryan is the worse Sales person ever and full of lies, very bad company representative

I am thoroughly disaapointed with the lies ive been told with the sales consultant and Virgin Active Ryan ***) not sure if this is his work or personal number, i was so happy to join being a previous virgin active member. but since being in CPT again and decided to try something new and go to Zone Fitness, a year later Ryan approaches our company and offers some amazing deals for Virgin active contracts, me being tied down already at Zone Fitness, Ryan advises, me to come join he is the right person to talk to, he will get the Zone fitness cancelled so I dont need to pay 2 gym fees, everything will be sorted, and i signed up.

fast forward 2 months later, now in jan, I have to pay my Zone Fitness, and Virgin Active fee and 2 months cancellation fee, Ryan was unable to for months cancel my Zonfitness contract, he he couldnt cancel my virgin active, he cause me to run around to the gym, he provide me on multiple occassions with useless information and every time i enquire at the gym about his "consultant advise" the are unaware of such procedures.

he also promised me that he would refund my cancellation fee, he would even put money in my bank account, i just need to give him the virgin active reference that the cancellation office will provide. and yet again the cancellation is unaware of any such procedures.
