On Monday morning at 0530 I arrived at the Virgin Active - Vodaworld in Midrand where I have been training for the last couple of months. I wend to my locker, that I have been using ever since I started working out at this particular facility, and that was supposed to be locked. As I walked to the locker I found that my lock was been taken off and that my goods, mostly shower and groom stuff, has been taken out of the locker.<br> <br> I immediately filed a complaint with the acting manager, but with no success. She claims it to be \rules\" for breaking locks open if left over night. This is not true, as I have left my stuff there for the last couple of months, with no issue or even a notice that asked me remove my stuff. Then she claimed that if they do break locks they \"normally\" put stuff in a bag for collection. This is also not true, as lost and found area where she took me look like a ******* dump. <br> <br> Needless to say I could have complaint to the plastic chair in the walk way, as head office also were supposed to phone me back later that morning. It is evident that no thought was given over this so called \"rule\" and that clients should know that their stuff is not safe. "
