Rules apparently don't apply to everyone at Virgin Active.

Very much disappointed about Virgin Active's CGM in Nelspruit. Each employee gets a chance to nominate one person to exercise for free. My friend who works there wanted to nominate me but the CGM refused and said that I am not a family member. I don't know if these are the new rules. But my friend is currently nominated by one of the staff. Or its because the staff and the CGM are friends. Not even one staff nominated their family member, why does it have to differ when it comes to me.. I am hurt and disappointed at Virgin Active.
