Rude Virgin active consultant - BEAULA PAULSE

i cancelled a contract with Virgin Active in Feb telephonically, months later my account is debited, i called in and i am told by a very rude Beaula Paulse that there is nothing she can do because there are no notes. i found her very disrespectful and do not appreciate the way she spoke to me. im telling her if their calls are recovered they can pull the calls that i did cancel the policy, she tells she cant find any notes! I suggest your management listen to this call i am utterly disguested if this is the kind of service you give to people, i will not be returning back to Virgin
