Rude unprofessional no people skills at all

Went to gym as always waited to be scanned and was ignored. When I went in to checked myself in I was told rudely to move back " get to the cross "... no greeting nothing yet it's not the first time it's happening. I know the covid protocol and I remove my mask to be scanned and seeing that didn't happen I left it down but to be treated like **** from people that doesn't have any people skills is messed up. VIRGIN ACTIVE BOULDERS WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREADED ASIF YOU DOING US ANY FAVORS.... it's not the brand that fail us but some staff is failing the brand and thus the brand is failing . If you just there because it's a paycheck than virgin active got some serious problems. Don't get me wrong some staff is perfect but some lord they lucky they not working for me or with me ... respect to Mr Thato and some team members for doing their best but after today I will show them where to get off .
