Rude telephonic calls

Had a very rude call from someone from this number *** claiming to be from Virgin Active and calling me with regards to my gym membership. She demanded that she can only tell me why she phoned me in regards to my gym membership, if I provide personal information about my membership. Poor form Virgin Active! She could be someone trying to ***** my account information to access VA gyms? When I brought up compliance about needing to tell me why she is phoning me, she got very rude, started speaking over me, and implying I need to give her information before she would divulge me. She is acting like she is paying me? For real VA, I pay VA every month, had many phone calls from VA from my club before, and I have never had to deal with someone so rude.
