Rude Swimming Coach, Virgin Active - Centurion

<p>I have been going to Virgin Active, Centurion for close to 15 years and have NEVER experienced such rude behaviour like this morning (at 05h00) by one of the swimming coach - male. He insisted that he has "booked" the three lanes and tried/forced us out of our swimming lanes - which we refused to do. After a few verbal threats, we just ignored him and continued swimming in our lanes. We asked him to call the Manager to discuss this issue and also let us see his "contract" regarding the booking of the three lanes early morning (peak time for the working crowd), which he was unable to do. This really makes things uneasy and I feel he has not right to speak this way to the other members - whom has an equal right to use any of the lanes. I am at the gym at 04h30, waiting for the gym to open at 05h00, in order to get a middle lane - which anyone is welcome to share. I am upset, as no person should speak to another person the way this man did ..... and threatened that this will be the last time we get to swim in the lanes of our choice.</p>
