RUDE, *********** STAFF WHO MAKE MY CARD AN ISSUE WHEN ITS THE SYSTEM.

Virgin Active Jabulani has a serious system problem and makes accessing the gym a pain. The gym KNOWS about it but doesn’t seem to be fast tracking fixing this problem. Whenever I get to the entrance and need to tag my card for access, it doesn’t work. The RUDE staff insists always on checking my card because the system says I owe for the money WHICH IS FALSE CAUSE ITS A DEBIT ORDER AND WENT THROUGH. The staff is always RUDE, INSOLENT. The one manager told me “It’s the system, there’s nothing much that can be done.” HOW LONG SHOULD THIS CONTINUE BEFORE IT IS FIXED? I CANT AWAYS BE TOLD AT THE DOOR THAT I OWE VIRGIN ACTIVE WHEN I DON’T. It’s a pain dealing with this. Can the system be fixed ? Can someone call me on this? It’s seriously getting annoying
