Rude Staff - Mahlatse at Virgin Active Tramshed

<p>My worst experience, where i felt unwelcomed, unwanted by the manager of the day- 10/07/2017 (Mahlatsi). I tried explaining that reason for not having an access card is because our house cought fire and some of my family's stuff burnt, in that case we had to move till the renovations are done. i told him i know of Virgin Active Policies and understood them very well hence i was an employee there before, where by i requested access for 3 days to look for the card. he refused with such attitude that he even kept me waiting for 7 minutes while other members made their way through. he then said we are such burdens yet we pay such little money at the tramshed branch.i requested for his details and he showed me his name tag, without reading it out.</p> <p>i am now scared to even gor to gym today, afraid of being embarrassed, being put in a side corner, as though i am some disease. Mahlatse was rude, arrogant, insulting and unwelcoming. he should not be on the frontline of the brand, and not even in liaison with clients/members.</p> <p> </p>
