Rude staff and stupid illogical principles!!!

Writing on behalf of my father who unfortunately went through a bad experience at Virgin Active Old Eds yesterday, Simply putting it, he went without his face mask towards the reception and was told to bring his mask of which he forgot at home. Inside the gym, however, there were people without masks and there was NO logic behind this as various members didn't wear masks. To make matters worse, the staff were so rude to him to the point my father was upset and stormed out with frustration. He will cancel from Virgin Active as the staff seem hellbent on tarnishing the reputation of the gym and thus my father will go to another facility and no more this one. Virgin Active, more like Virgin Dead.
