Rude Staff

The so called Captain on duty at the gym 08/11/2015 was rude and dishonest to my wife and children. <br> When my wife joined the gym - where she has been going since it opened - it was explained to her that children could not use the treadmills or the weights - however they could use the other equipment. Today the **** in charge decided that my kids weren't allowed. He approached my kids behind my wife's back and starts interrogating them as to how old they are and where their mother is - my wife was on the machine next to the kids. She said fine then cancel her membership - suddenly there were various stories - the office is locked, the book is full, you need to phone back tomorrow etc, until she made a scene and then suddenly she could immediately terminate her membership. You have lost a member. Clearly families are no longer welcome.
