Rude receptionist in Virgin Active Boulders

This morning I received very bad customer service from Karabo in virgin active Boulders. She is your receptionist there. I was there to join, but I ended up not signing up because of the bad customer service that I received from her. Previously I had a chat with one of your agents who based in Cape Town,that agent was very friendly and told me that I can go to boulders for the gym tour and join,Karabo dismissed me saying I can’t get in,who told me that I can just go there whenever? I told her that I would like to sign up and that’s what I was told by the agent online,she then belittled me,saying all the derogatory words,saying there’s a language barrier,insinuating that I don’t understand English,she went on and on disrespecting and belittling me,even went on to ask what other language can I speak because there’s a “language barrier” I had to tell her that I have a law degree,so I understand English very well.A sales agent walked in while she was busy disrespecting me,I spoke to him and he was very professional and friendly unlike that Karabo rude woman.Why do you have such a rude person welcoming people?she was turning me away, I was so disappointed because I gave her no reason to disrespect me like that.
