Rude reception at Virgin Active Gym Kings Park

I am visiting Durban from Richardsbay, I have been a member of Virgin for many years now. Never in my life have I met a person working for Virgin that has been so rude and unwilling to help. I was at "Virgin Active Gym Kings Park" and asked for a 1 day pass instead of informing me of the CGM code, she just refused to help me if I didn't pay the R750 daily entrance fee or up my membership. I called my branch at Richardsbay where they explained to me about the CGM code and helped me.
