Rude personnel at Head Office

Went to Virgin Active Germiston asking whether we can give a 2 month notice THUS we will still be paying until end September whereby the contract will expire end October 22. Lovely lady assisted, went to ask whether this is possible and came back assisting us in completing the forms as she got the go ahead.

Got a call from Head office from an extremely RUDE guy called Juan, while trying to explain to him what was said to us he just puts down the phone - Now that is EXTREMELY professional.

Phoned back to speak to a supervisor regarding this "professional" person, I was advised that nobody is available but spoke to a certain Nzokie or something like that as he's telephone voice is not very audible. He assured me that a supervisor will get in contact but no surprise (seeing all the negative comments) this is yet another empty promise.

You really need to do something regarding the personnel that phones regarding cancellation requests received.
