Rude personal at Vrigin Active and changing dates of contracts without info!

Called to cancel as my contract should end in March as I originally signed up in March 2018 and my 2 year contract should end. Yes I changed my existing contract from a one year to a two year contract in December 2018 as I moved to Faerie Glen and it cost more. Keep in mind that Faerie Glen gym is much smaller than the gym that I came from in Horison. Now, with Covid, times being tough and I can't afford it, Virgin Active says my contract ends in DECEMBER 2021!!!! Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee. I was retrenched last year and not making enough money being self employed!!!

And Keenan or Keegan(Whatever his name is) Was so rude, he wouldn't give me time to finish my sentence and just spoke over me. That is terrible manners! I told him to shut it he is rude and it started to upset me, then he dropped the phone in my ear.
