Rude Nkateko from Krugersdorp Virgin Active

A lady called Nkateko from Krugersdorp Virgin Active was extremely rude. Today when I arrive with my son for a gym, she would not allow me inside to sign for my son. I said to her although I do not have membership but I am paying for 3 members. She said I can cancel those membership and she gave me even the phone to do that. I then left with my son just to cool off. I then came back now waiting for my wife since she has a membership. While I am waiting, I then send my son and she also refused. She said you can cancel your subscriptions with Virgin Active. I have never seen something like this in my life. So now I am forced to cancel all my 3 membership because of her attitude. I am going to even let Discovery Health know how rude are their supporting gym toward us with Vatality
