RUDE INSTRUCTOR

<p>This morning I was intimidated and humiliated by the bootcamp instructor Mziyanda Mnyazi after I walked into the studio at 6:55am, when his class was meant to finish at 6:45am according to the app timetable. I cannot believe Virgin Active would hire an instructor who is so rude and aggressive – I was not disruptive, I merely walked in and was confronted by him.</p> <p>I complained to the manager who did nothing but tell me members are not allowed access to the studio unless there is a class taking place, so basically I am not allowed in the studio unless I'm taking part in a class. After 11 years with Virgin Active, I have never been made aware that I cannot workout in an empty studio?</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, the yoga mats in the studio are disgusting! So dirty they are actually brown – Surely this a health and safety violation?</p>
