Rude customer service from Virgin Active Call Centre

I just received a call from the call center in Cape Town at 10:23am on 20 Jan 2020. The lady at Virgin Active wanted to ask me a couple of questions and when I did not hear her second question properly she sighed and then dropped the call in my ear. This was flipping rude! Not the way to business and I am now happy I cancelled my gym subscription.
