Rude customer service agent

I was devoted on the incorrect date - 1st instead of 15. Today I get a call from a rude customer agent from ***. While explaining she just dropped the phone in my ear. Failed to make me understand the issue. Said they have not devoted for the month of September when I have already been devoted on the 15. She was extremely rude
