Rude consultant, and issuing vouchers we cannot use.

Your consultant from the contact center, Sanele who doesn’t ever care to give her surname, is rude as ever. You guys are giving vouchers out on your app we cannot redeem.

I have been trying to redeem my birthday voucher at Kauai since I got the voucher. Now when I call in this morning to query my voucher, your consultant Sanele has decided I don’t deserve my birthday meal voucher and instead has swapped it out for a voucher I DO NOT WANT.
