Rude Attitude-Mismanagement and just terrible

<p>I expected to be welcome as a first time visitor. My experience was totally different. They allowed me in after filling a form but complained at the same time that why I am not having my ID with me. Once I was in after a tedious process while one lady at the reception was whispering to other gentleman about me in a suspicious manner. I was told by another person to sit with him to do like an interview with him. He started to ask weird questions like if I am staying permanently around there and why I am there and so on which I find it again very offensive. Therefore, I asked him to call his manager to explain to me about the situation. After a couple of minutes a lady came and said that she will introduce me to another person to help me. I had to explain the whole story to this lady again and after about 10 minutes she reached to the decision that the reception made a mistake to allow me in as I am not holding my ID!!??</p> <p>This misalignment between the management and workers there have completely changed my mind very negatively about the Virgin Active club and while the last lady was still busy the reception chatting about my issue I just after 30 minutes of wasting my time decided to leave the that place with a terrible memory.</p> <p>I went directly to Viva Gym where they right away gave me a free session and discount on other fees.</p>
