Rude and unfriendly staff

I had the worst experience with Virgin Active especially the rude and unfriendly staff. I was told I have to drive 400 km in order to cancel membership. When I signed up for me and my daughter I did for 1 year only to be told when I want to cancel that my daughter’s one is for two years.
