Rude and bad attitude, no customer skills

i have just received a very rude call from the guy called Ayanda at virgin Active, the guy is very rude and arrogant and he said to me i was very much aware the the gyms ere open on alert level 2 so i should have made provision for them to deduct my account, he gave me bad attitude and hang up the phone on me while i was still talking, hes got no customer care service and he undermines people, what the nerve
