Rude Agent harassment

I, Just received a call from the most rude person ever, The number is ***. She did quote that all calls are recorded so can I please have the recording as I want to lay a formal complaint. She was rude and I am sure she cancelled my contract and anyways if a person like her works for Virgin active then I do not want to associate myself with the brand. I even told her that she is harassing me.
