Rude

<p>I have received a very bad attitude from a sales man by the name of Yassar in virgin active mall @ reds. I was told that i should ask for Yassar at the reception, then he came forward and i explained everything to him that his colleaque Freedom reffered me to him to help me to transfer my membership to vitality because he wont be there after 8pm, he left me at the reception without telling me whether he will be able to assist me or not... i waited there for so long the reception lady tried to call him and even made an annoucement as he was ingnoring everyone. He later came to the reception carring his bag knocking off. His fellow colleaque begged him to talk with us because we have been waiting for long. he never did.</p>
