ROBBING PEOPLE OF MONEY

Good day. I had taken out a membership with Virgin Active around March this year and I had canceled it withing 7 days after realising their price was ridiculous and that I wont have time to gym with my busy lifestyle. The consultant I had spoken to obviously did not do her job and cancel the membership because I am now getting HARASSED for a bill of over R7000 for something I had personally canceled and for a membership I did not even use once. After canceling I had to have the hassle of going to change my bank account details etc as they still kept deducting from my account. I am really getting annoyed with the RUDE consultants from MBD Associates who have now taken over this "bill" of "mine" and they lack of hearing when I have told them numerous times to call Virgin Actiove and sort it out with them. I had one guy teklling me off on the phone like he owned Virgin Active or something and they are telling me to provide proof of the cancellation, when I cannot even remember the consultants name I had spoke to when I canceled it. Virgin Active is scheming people out of their hard earned money and this is not only my experience. I am now at a point where i am willing to take legal action against Virgin Active as well as MDB Associates as I have been let go from work due to them even harrasing my collegues with their numerous calls and due to them calling at least 10 times a day. My former boss had gotten so fed up with these calls as he is trying to run a business and these are annoying calls from a company that does not understand it is not a personal line. Up until now i have been receiving messages from my former employment telling me that I need to sort this out as they are still taking over the business line and constantly disturbing business and not listening when they are told that I no longer work there. I AM ONE EXTREMELY ****ED OFF WOMAN RIGHT NOW AS I HAVE LOST ALOT DUE TO SOME ******** PERSON THAT DID NOT DO THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE!
