****** by a con-artist!!!!

i was at work and virgin active guys were on site to do promotions. I spoke to joe who is originally from sunninghill virgin active. I set down and he told to me about virgin active, wait, **** to me about everything jus for a sale. Firstly he tells me a joining fee will cost me R150 and later on withdrawing and giving me R100 back (god knows how many people he ****** on the day). He pushed and rushed me to fill that contract, and when questions where imposed for most of it i was **** to... e.g i asked how many month contract am i going to be put on, i was told - i can cancel at any time(even on the paper of agreement, the time period part was not filled in by him, jus to cover up his lie). I went in to virgin active on Monday firstly thr told me im on off peak, which i was very mad at cos logically i can not gym in the day as i am at work. Secondly i notice i was put on a two year contract and thats where i lost it. I phone joe he tries to cover up for his lies, secondly he thinks he can threaten me over a half filled contract. by saying if i want to cancel something i never use or was **** to i must pay 40 percent for a two year period(angry). i was ****** and want this resolve
