****roach infestation

Last year, in the last week of December I chatted to one of the cleaners at Gatesville branch after there being a floor upgrade and some new gym equipment arriving. I enquired when last the gym was fumigated because it is infested with ****roaches big time especially in the males toilet, he told me that a company comes out once a month but to his knowledge they have been there since October, I then took it up with Management and spoke to Nathan which is one of the Managers, he said he will put it on the managers group, spoke to Zulpha according to her they do come regularly but when they do come the toilets are full hence they don't fumigated there. Today is the 22nd of Jan, there has been an influx of members since new equipment has arrived and during peak, numbers are maxed where space is limited. My point is, it's so unhygienic where one can carry these things home because they big in the lockers and also where you put your goodies before swimming and steam room to my understanding, it's very unprofessional to run a business of this magnitude and not consider things like this, I'm sure if this was at other branches, the query would of been dealt with on the first two occasions, one does not evens want to touch on premium installments paid monthly because it does not have to go there pls assist me.
