Rip-off surcharges

Upgraded my Groenkloof branch membership to a national. When i requested a downgrade back to my Groenkloof branch membership, they hit me with a R200.00 lost of revenue charge.

My membership was initially at the branch, so i had increased their revenue, while on national level - How does that become a loss since i moved back to the branch?
