Ridiculous Increase
Dear Virgin Active. Please justify your ridiculous increase of more than 35% for my membership???!!! And please dont tell me it is because Discovery Vitality decreased their discount from 80% to 75%. If you do the maths it is still a ridiculous increase. I expect a response as soon as possible

Please accept my apologies for any frustration caused.
From January 2016 Vitality is dropping their subsidy from 80% to 75% in 2016. This means that you will be paying for 25% of the Virgin Active membership fee and not 20% as in the past. The increased membership fee for 2016 is made up of the difference in subsidy as well as the standard increase.
