Ridiculous Cancellation fee

i had to terminate my Gym contract due to instructions givin by my DR in November. ever since then i am strugging to get this account resolved! i DO NOT have R 60000 to pay for nothing, it wasnt my choice it was due to my health! i keep phoning and e-mailing Virgin active but NO ONE ever gets back to me!!!i have medical bills to pay that is far more important. I will pay the 3 months that is in arrears and you can wave the cancelation fee as promised on 1 of the many cal i had with your staff!! i am under debt review so i hardly have any extra money and defnitly not R 6 0000 as a lump sum for Virgin Active!!!
