Rewards program deception

So VA is lying to its members. First they change the rewards program where now we have to jump through many more hoops to get less reward, they now deceive us when we achieve the 12 week sprint goal. Although I achieved the 12 week sprint goal last week I could not claim it because they told me the award countdown only started a week later even though that was never stated on the app or on any of their marketing material. The app clearly showed I achieved my 12 week goal. So instead now we have to wait 13 weeks to get the 12 week award and 27 weeks to get the 26 week award. What a joke! I will delete the app once I can claim the 12 week award. So sick of them now.
