Rewards not updated

I was told by more than 1 consultant at N1 City VA that I don't have to scan in via the VA APP as the card-system is linked. I have not received at least 2 rewards. I logged an issue a month ago and contacted customer care but no response. I don't want to refer my friends. Account ***
