Reward manipulation

Virgin Active introduced an app to track your gym routines, and in return they give rewards for the amount of times you visit the club. For the last 4 weeks I visited the club at least 5 times a week. They indicate that if you visit the club 2 times and the record shows on the app they will provide you with a reward. This week I visited the club 6 times and the logging shows on the app but still no rewards. Don't let them manipulate you or track you in return for empty promises.
