Resolution of contract query

I just want to briefly give feedback on my incident with virgin active, I am happy to say my query has been resolved and the 12 month membership that I initially did not want has been cancelled and now I am happily on a month contract which allows me to fit exercise into my busy life with ease before I can commit to something longer. More thanks goes out to Victor Nzwana who through regulary contact and undivided attention assisted me in resolving my query. Thanks to hello peter that allows us customers have a say.
