Resolution Needed!!!

I had worked for a company where I joined a medical aid that offered discounts on rates for using their service. I was interested in using the gym & went in to inquire. By this time it was half way through the month & I was met by a gentleman who said to that if I paid R100, I would be able to use the gym for the remainder of the month as it was on a promotion & when I return at the beginning of the following month I can sign the contract & pay the first off amount of around R700. I ended up not even going to the gym at all due to my schedules conflicting & I was debited R795. I went to the gym within a couple of days after the charge & inquired about it. The staff immediately said that the amount was too high & I shouldn't have been charged at all. I gave them back the card & said I didn't want to use the gym anymore. I was contacted by management & from head office & explained the story to which they both said that they would sort it out. I am receiving calls & messages from lawyers to state that I owe money & I have also explained to them & they are not interested. You wrote off debt that wasn't even there! STOP THIS HARASSMENT IMMEDIATELY & REMOVE MY DETAILS!! ***** & cheats!!
