Resigned from contract without being informed causing a huge knock on effect with my membership

I joined virgin active with a national membership in 2006. In 2015 i asked them to change the member ship to a staff membership on vitality as well.

I was transfered to CT during Lockdown and have tried working but there are so few classes at the moment i still want to teach at VA.

In March this year they cancelled my staff contract with no notification. i found out when i went to do music course at Virgin Active Point in Cape Town, and was told i was no longer a member.

how can we fix this: 1. i never cancelled my original membership 2. Nobody informed me the cancelling my contract would also cancel my gym membership 3. surely my original membership should go back to normal sisnce i did not cancel it I would love to continu training at VA howeverwhy would i do something stupid like that if i never cancelled my original contract.

I am hoping we can fix this issue ASAP..........
